Brandon Falone serves as Chief Executive Officer of Everstead Group Services, leading the company’s vision, strategy, and overall growth. As a member of the executive leadership team, he focuses on building a people-first culture rooted in accountability, trust, and alignment, ensuring teams are empowered to deliver exceptional service and long-term value across the organization.
 
Brandon brings a hands-on leadership approach shaped by his early experience in the construction industry and his career progression from technician to general manager. He operates with a focus on ownership, consistency, and sound decision-making that supports employees, customers, and the business. He is passionate about building strong teams and fostering a culture where trust, community, and a "do what is right, not who is right" mindset guide decision-making and customer relationships. Brandon holds degrees in Marketing and Finance, with a minor in Legal Studies, from Ithaca College.
 
Outside of work, Brandon enjoys spending time with his wife and children and values the strong sense of family that influences both his personal life and leadership style. He is an avid golfer, enjoys skiing, and follows the Green Bay Packers.
